I want to share your materials with others. What issues should I be aware of?

First, thank you for wanting to share these recordings! This website exists for this purpose. Please be aware of the following:

1. Each of the recordings on our website has its own license terms, which specify what you can and cannot do with them. These terms are summarized at the bottom of each Recording Description page, along with links to more information. You are free to do whatever you want with these recordings, AS LONG AS it is within the limits specified by the license. For more information and for your own protection, please read our Legal Information page before proceeding.
2. If you link to items on this website from another website, please make sure you know the meaning of Bandwidth Theft, Hotlinking, or Inline Linking. This is not permitted, except where specifically noted. Please only link to our regular HTML web pages or our Podcasting feeds. If you link directly to our media download links or popup Media Player windows, you are stealing bandwidth and most likely violating the item's licensing terms! Besides that, your website visitors will not be able to view the item's details or find related items. Now why would you want to prevent that?
   
   Also, you may not incorporate our homepage or any other page directly into your website via frames, iframes, or any other content-ripping mechanism or tool. This website is a copyrighted work! When you place any of its pages within another page on your website, it has the appearance that this website is a part of your own website and/or is your own property, which is, of course, false. As stated above, you may link to our regular HTML web pages or syndicated content feeds. In addition, you may use a feed reader built-in to your website or another service to display the contents of our syndicated content feeds. We also have a Promote Us page with graphics you can use on your website to link to us.
3. If you are planning to create CD's or DVD's from our materials, please be aware that many of our files are highly compressed for the web. While it may be technically possible to convert a given file to optical media, the quality may not be as high as it appears in your web browser. For best results, always use the largest version of the recording that is available.
