I have a question about my iPod or iTunes. Can you help?

This may surprise you, but our technical volunteers don't actually own iPods or use iTunes. (Not that they have anything against them!) Therefore, we aren't a very good resource on this topic. We have a small number of tutorials in our FAQ section. For additional information, a better resource is Internet search engines.
